This rating is based on the high standard of customer service received from this company. I must mention Bob and Jason two staff members who were mainly involved in providing good customer support. Initially, Bob was involved in this solar installation process and supported us throughout the whole phase from the first phone call to the completion of the installation process. We had some issues during this process but he was supporting us until the whole process was completed.
It has been a few months since the solar installation and no issues with the solar system. Recently, I had to contact after-sales technical support as we are unable to monitor solar power generation. I was impressed by how Jason is committed to supporting us with this issue. Sincerely hope the issue will be resolved soon.
